Metro Mole Control is a locally owned and operated family business. We provide affordable wildlife and nuisance animal control. We are fully licensed and insured. Our service extends to property owners including residential, and commercial businesses, local government, and non-profits. The service area includes the entire Minneapolis-St Paul Metropolitan area and suburbs.
Our specialization is in Moles, Gophers, and Voles. We don’t address in-home pests like insects, termites, and bed bugs. In other words, specialization means we are very good at what we do! We deal with thousands of these pests every year. Understanding their biology and behaviors has allowed us to develop outstanding techniques and approaches. We make sound use of this experience and knowledge when evaluating and working on your property.

Metro Mole was called due to a Gopher problem. 15 Mounds of dirt suddenly appeared. Rick came out and did a quick... survey and determined that it was just one Gopher. I moved to Plymouth in a newly constructed community in 2018. After snow melt early Spring 2020, I was devastated to... find my newly sodded lawn riddled with dead patches of grass. I researched online and discovered I had a major voles problem. I evaluated several rodent service providers on Thumbtack and ultimately selected Metro Mole Control for their responsiveness and professionalism. They were extremely knowledgeable in rodent control during my initial consultation. Owner Rick was personable and made me feel I could trust him. I had a question, he had an answer. They were very reasonably priced so I gave them a chance. Within a month, I saw physical evidence of traps working. Can't ask for more than traps working - problem; solution. Metro Mole Control serviced my traps frequently and readjusted traps to keep current with voles movements. I'm very happy with Metro Mole Control and will continue their service in 2021.read more

I noticed some bumps in my yard and quickly filled an online request form on their website. I received a call from... Rick and he was out the same day setting traps. I called Rick last spring when I noticed increased damage to our yard from moles after spring cleanup.Incidentally this... had been going on since last summer. We used Natural Lawn of America’s mole program to no avail, but to be fair Rick explained that most prevention methods don’t work when moles are already established in your yard. It’s necessary to get rid of them first. When he inspected our yard in early May, Rick said he didn’t see enough recent activity to warrant the cost and to call him if areas previously damaged “lit up again” by showing new activity. They did by early August, so he came out and trapped 2 moles within 3 weeks. I appreciate his honest assessment last spring and his prompt response when I called back in August. We live on the edge of a heavily wooded area so I expect to see moles again at some point and will definitely call Rick again. Great customer service and value!read more
